Auto Electrician / Mechanic
Diagnostics: Using computerized equipment and, in some cases, manual tools to pinpoint mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
Maintenance: Performing routine services like oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Repair & Replacement: Fixing or replacing worn/broken parts, including engine components, transmissions, suspension, and steering systems.
Testing: Road-testing vehicles to verify repairs and ensure safe operation.
Customer Service: Explaining technical issues, advising on necessary repairs, and providing cost estimates to customers.
Documentation: Keeping accurate records of services, repairs, and parts used
Quality Assurance Manager
Oversee the entire quality process: Ensure all steps in the corrugated box manufacturing process, from raw materials to final shipment, adhere to quality standards.
Implement and maintain quality systems: This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
Supervise quality control staff: Lead and manage the quality control team, ensuring they effectively monitor and test materials and finished goods.
Ensure compliance: Verify that all products and processes comply with customer requirements, industry regulations, and ISO standards.
Conduct quality checks and audits: Perform internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency in quality.
Collaborate with other departments: Work with production, development, and other teams to proactively address quality issues and prevent them from occurring.
Manage defect detection: Oversee the use of systems and processes to detect and classify defects in real-time, such as those used in the printing and die-cutting stages.
Report on quality performance: Generate reports on quality metrics to track performance and communicate with management.


Production Planner (Carton Plant)
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course, supply chain management, or printing/packaging technology is often required.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the corrugated packaging production process, including pulping, corrugating, printing, cutting, and gluing.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and use planning software to make informed decisions and solve problems.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills for effective coordination with different departments and potentially assisting with HR processes related to manpower.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for handling unexpected issues like machine breakdowns and adjusting schedules accordingly.
